What is an Electronic Health Record?

As defined by CMS, an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is an electronic version of a patient's medical history, that is maintained by the provider over time, and may include all of the key administrative clinical data relevant to that persons care under a particular provider, including demographics, progress notes, problems, vital signs and past medical history. The EHR automates access to information and has the potential to streamline the clinician’s workflow. The EHR also has the ability to support other care-related activities directly or indirectly through various interfaces, including evidence-based decision support, quality management, and outcomes reporting.

The RCM software can also be added to this package for an addition fee, a small percent of ERAs.

OP Solutions Full Service Suite- Includes Electronic Health Record (EHR), Practice Management (PM), Patient Portal, PLUS Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software and full service billing, collections, denial management, redeterminations, timely filing and RAC audit support. This fee is based on a percentage of your collections (ERAs) and includes the cost of COMPASS EHR/PM/Patient Portal.
